The following are the Prefectures of the Patriarchal See, and they provide leadership for all jurisdictions within the Anglican Rite Roman Catholic Church. Prefecture of Faith and Doctrine Maintains orthodoxy of doctrine and ensures the faith is kept. Supreme Tribunal of the Prefecture of Faith and Doctrine The highest ecclesiastical court of the Anglican Rite Roman Catholic Church. Secretariat Responsible for external relations and other matters. Tribunal of the Patriarchal Penitentiary The court responsible for matters of penance, certain dispensations, and indulgences. Patriarchal Tribunal The ecclesiastical court of the Patriarchal See. Hears cases of annulment, heresy, etc. Metropolitan Tribunal Prefecture of the Liturgy Maintains faith-based tradition in the liturgical practices within the Chruch. Prefecture of Education Responsible for all educational matters, including seminaries.
